He was super personable and honest, and very respectful and patient when explaining the plumbing fix to me (and my 77 year old dad.) He wasn't available to come out but gladly talked me through the problem and solution. Within 30 minutes we had hot water! He could have made tge service call on Monday but he took the time to help me resolve the problem by texting me what to do! My Air Force squadron motto was "Always There".
